Nurse Residency Program - How It Works

As part of its commitment to be the Employer of Choice for staff, Blessing Health System has joined a network of providers offering a nurse residency program considered to be the Gold Standard in nurse recruitment and retention. The program was developed by experts from academic medical centers and schools of nursing across the country.

Each nurse with less than one year of experience takes part on the yearlong program of skill-building and support.
