One reason I do not want to work in the hospital. They do not train you like they use too and hospitals have critical patients and you need in debt training not just a run through.

Most programs in California have a residency for only one area. Never heard of rotating unit residencies, but that sounds wonderful.

Have you ever experienced physical violence as a nurse? Im terrified of being physically assaulted while at work, but while researching, Im seeing it's common. I would love a video on this as I am a prenursing student and the possibility of violence scares me. What departments are a nurse least likely to experience violence?
