Honestly, it’s a kite. I live in Boston and I’m surrounded by water and beaches. And in the nicer weather, a lot of people bring out some really big and really crazy looking kites. They fly them on the beach and in big open parks and fields. And yes, they are gigantic and creepy looking but they’re cool.… It’s a kite.
