How Hypersonic Missile Works?

Hypersonic missiles are a challenging technology to master because They are so fast that if the U.S. launched a scramjet missile,
it could reach China in just 18 minutes, traveling at speeds of Mach 5 and above.

These Scramjet engines collect oxygen from the atmosphere as they travel, mixing it with hydrogen fuel to create the combustion needed for hypersonic flight.

Meanwhile, glide hypersonic vehicles, like the Chinese Dong Feng 17, became the first to integrate into production with conventional and Nuclear Warheads.

They are also designed to target U.S. aircraft carriers, as they can change their trajectory mid-flight.

This U.S. Arrow AGM hypersonic weapon is a missile within a missile, which pops out it's cover and uses only the glide vehicle kinetic energy as a weapon, and not to forget the Russian Hypersonic Missile like the Kinzhal , more details all in the video ahead.

The truth is that, the US has no operational hypersonic missiles yet.

The US don't have hypersonic missiles. They cannot even launch astronaut to the space station. Lol 😂

It seems you have also forgotten about Russian Zircon. Avangard also refers to hypersonic weapons, as far as I understand.

В США «гиперзвук» только на бумаге. Россия же давно показала, что у неё есть . Тот же «Орешник» не даст соврать.

Russia has more advanced missle technology than USA which has partially shared with China and Iran that have helped them develop Hypersonic missles. NASA is still buying Buran engines made during soviet times since they are more efficient and technology more advanced.

Iran Also have Two Hypersonic Missiles

WHAT ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT??? USA has no deployable hypersonic missiles at this moment, period. Most development tests were failures … until the few weeks. Yet, it’ll be months, if not years before any U.S. hypersonic missiles would be pit into service. China, on the other hand, has MULTIPLE models of land- & sea-based hypersonic missiles ALREADY in service.

There is only one country that actually operates hypersonic missiles, and that is Russia with Dagger and Zircon, which have already destroyed at least 5 Patriot batteries in Ukraine

The land attack version of DF-17 only cost around 4 Million USD, the Anti-Ship version cost probably around 10 Million USD.
The 120 Million per missile shown in this video is way out of wack lol.

China also have DF-27 which is basically a DF-17 with a two stage booster for longer range.
