The huge reasons why nations now converge and upgrade the defense capability of the Philippines is simple, it is about the geopolitical ambition of china dominated and control this commercial sea lanes. The UN had put into order the law of the seas basically for navigational free access. If a country like China impose their own rules governing free passes in the high seas then the UN rules or laws is useless. Countries are teaming together with their forces to dismantle the aggressive behavior of the PLA during the incident in the WPS wherein the Filipino Navy personnel sustained physical injuries and damage to their boats. This is uncalled for, these countries coming to the WPS to drive them out physically will be end of Chinas annexation or land grabbing ambitions. What follows after they are totally cleared out of the Phil. EEZ will finally a victory for all.
