I began using lityleextra reactivate hair growth serum which has rosemary because my hair was quickly falling out due to stress and other factors. I had been simply looking for anything at all to try, so this was suggested, so I went for it. In a few days, I myself noticed noticeably less hair loss when I comb my hair. I also noticed where I initiated getting patches of loss, there was new growth. It actually irritate my skin a bit right near the forehead hairline, so I apply a band to prevent it from running down whilst also keeping the head tilted back during application. The irritation vanished and did not returned, so if your skin is sensitive or simply to be careful, I recommend a hairband to avoid it from running down to your skin. On the whole, I'm so satisfied with this serum and will carry on to use.

I have had hair loss issues for years. Serum ferritin was low, so I supplement iron now. Topical care had successful results, especially pyrthrione zinc shampoo by vanicream, used as a 15 min mask with 5 drops of organic peppermint oil. Still, I was shocked when I added enough whey protein and at least 2 eggs a day to bring my grams of protein up from average of 50gm a day to over 100 gm a day (after learning aging women need to increase to 1 gm per pound of body weight my diet to fight sarcopenia). My hair is growing in thick and stronger than ever! I wish the doctors I consulted had recommended trying a moderately high protein diet. Thanks for mentioning it! It’s more important than I ever realized :)

Rosemary oil absolutely transformed my hair. I had significant hair thinning to the point where my scalp was showing and now I have the thickest hair I have ever had in my life. Even though rosemary oil is not studied very significantly yet, I HIGHLY recommend people use it twice a week for several months. I PROMISE it will work wonders. To convince people of my hair journey I took photos before and after and whenever I get the chance I show them to people to prove that it works. I have spent hundreds and hundreds on Minoxidil without seeing any results. Started using rosemary oil twice a week and now have the thickest hair I have ever had in my entire life.

I purchased the irestore and didn't like the indented forehead that lasted for up to 6 hours. So I attempted to return it. They REALLY don't want you to return it! First if you return it BEFORE 12 months you must pay shipping. The box is large and it was over 50.00.
2nd 18% restocking fee.
3rd if anything is wrong with it you pay an additional 18% so 36% plus return shipping!! I didn't have to pay that but seriously! Buyer beware

I was freaking out as my hair was thinning daily. My doctor told me about this red light therapy panel from Future Form Official. I’ve been using it for a few months now and, wow, what a difference! The panel is surprisingly affordable, which is a bonus. It slowed down my hair loss, and I’m spotting new baby hairs. I stick to the recommended routine, and I’m optimistic that in a month or two, I’ll see even more progress. There’s a ton of scientific research backing red light therapy for hair growth, so thanks to everyone here for sharing your tips and experiences.

I'm a person who hardly ever uses any heating tools on my hair not even a blow dryer. I do have a tendency to put my wet hair in a bun using a silicone hair tie. I am looking into purchasing satin hair ties. My hair sheds but very minimally for my age (I'm 46). I contribute my hair growth to genetics as well as using collagen peptide powder, black seed oil, probiotics, and clean eating habits. I do have a persistent itchy scalp in certain areas and have started incorporating jojoba oil (on scalp & ends of hair). Jojoba oil has a multitude of benefits for hair, skin, nails.. While Olaplex is a great product, I've used several times it can get expensive. There are less expensive ways to address problems that aren't severe with time and consistency.

Following childbirth, I noticed my hairfall but I remained calm. I acted to remedy it. I opted for a health-centered approach.
I prioritized my nutrition, having nutrient-rich foods, especially rich in Folic Acid and Protein.
I exercised daily and practiced meditation for stress control.
I avoided tight hairstyles and stopped using heated styling tools to minimise hair stress.
I even started applying LittleExtrra Coconion hair oil and shampoo along with a neem wood comb.
The result was hairfall control and the return of my hair.

Being a hairdresser of almost a decade, I can tell you, that you're not intended to use strong shampoo on your hair.
I've noticed hairlines of many individuals, and I spotted that people who were using strong shampoo cleansers generally had thin hairline.
So I recommend only to use mild shampoo only. I personally use and advise to use littleextrra cocconioon shampoo only.
Also, do hot oil massage two times a week as it enhances circulation and encourages healthy hair growth.

I have tried all of the treatments you recommended but saw the best results with PRP and weekly dermarolling. I take oral minoxidil and didn't see significant change over 8 months and then did 3 sessions of PRP n it's been a game changer.

Loved this video! Can you do a video on the effects that hair dye has on your hair? And how to safely get hair dyed without excessive damage?

Nutrifol contains Saw Palmetto which my GP told me could interact with birth control pills, so I would ask your doctor about it before taking it! I just wanted to point that out as I was advised to talk it from a derm PA without any warning about this

PRP, at home microneedling & a minoxidil solution are my go-to’s. Thanks for the tips Dr E!

I've been using the iRestore since May and am seeing a lot of new hair growth. It did increase my shedding, but the shedding has slowed. I'm also using Viviscal, The Ordinary hair peptide serum, and a shampoo and conditioner with rice water. Trying to hit this from as many angles as possible!

Kitsch has a great hair wrap that is a microfiber towel wrapped in satin. It has really cut down on frizz.

Great tip about not keeping hair wet for too long. I have sebhorreic dermatitis and it definitely feels less itchy when my scalp is dried relatively quickly.

Two questions: could you comment on whether using dry shampoo between washes is helpful or harmful?
And do you have any thoughts about Vegemour serums?

I just ordered I Restore Professional! My hair started thinning a year ago, and I take Viviscal Pro and use minoxidil 5%. I hesitated ordering I Restore because I couldn’t understand how it could penetrate hair and reach the scalp! Love all your videos! Enjoy your son!

I have mine freshly arrived, I have used it twice already, I hope it works. I am also taking oral minoxidil, 5 mg finasteride and 50 mg bicalutamide per day.
Oh, and I’m using The Ordinary serum for hair density as well. :D
I have all my weapons engaged in the battle.

Thank you for the video on hair.
