The only way I can get a good seal with any size ear tip in either ear is to press the Airpods into my ear and hold them pressed in while the music is playing. Unfortunately, while it registers a good seal, the sound level is greatly diminished. I bought a pair of memory foam ear tips, but that didn't help. Do you have any suggestions?

Question! Say you have lost your ear tips. How do you know which size to order? If you do to apple site, they sell by size and not in the box with different sizes. Please advise
