Re Screening of employees should be done at least annually.
In the past that meant that the company providing the screening service had to return and recapture every employee’s biometric details for the resubmission.
With us this is not required. All we need is a POPI compliant signed consent form for each resubmission. And we will supply the consent form to you on request.
The rescreening of employees should be done in conjunction with a properly constructed and applied risk management procedure that is not biased towards any specific group of people and must be applied fairly to all departments within the organization.
There are instances where fair discrimination can be applied but this should also be done correctly.
