wow these animals really follow everywhere including cat... fainting does not upset animals, you have to make noises of distress or even overwhelming joy could rouse my older cat to grave concern. she would freak out and come running and meowing with a grave expression. that's when i realized that joy and distress can sound the same. but just putting your face in the ground, that's playing
