And also I want to ask a creating relationships with different dataset when can we use "INDEX-MATCH" to create relationships with other also when can we use "power pivot options (view data in diagram)", to create relationships with other dataset. Thanks

29:00 I don't think you needed Power Query for the tables already in Excel. You can just import them to Power Pivot by pressing "Add to Data Model" in the Power Pivot contextual menu.

The easiest way to create a table is to click into any cell except the header and just press ctrl +t and your data will be changed to a table. Shortcut to name a table is Alt, J, T, A.
Shortcut to create a pivot table is Alt, N, V, T
