Amphibian boots vs Terraspark boots (New best Terraria boots)

Amphibians are better especially for bosses like DK and Empress but Terra's are better for ground control.

I actually just prefer having two boots on my inventory because I use amphibian boots for boss fights then switch to terraspark boots for anything else like mining, farming or building for the ability to walk on lava and water.

For combat amphibian is definitely better, but for general traversal terraspark is preferred since you can walk on liquids and are immune to lava (temporarily). Both are very good to have.

Terraspark boots are nice pre hardmode since you can use them to walk on lava to beat WOF, but amphibian boots are 10x better since they pair up with wings really well

terraspark boots is costly for reforging during pre-hardmode (though in hardmode you'd be getting tons of platinum coins with new farms) and amphibian boots are normally better with wings/balloons. So it'd be better for combat excluding the wall of flesh because most of the wall of flesh is horizontal, and you can't walk on lava (you can use the water walking potion for better vertical jumping). Generally, against the wall of flesh, I used the fuzzy carrot because of the extra speed.

Though terraspark boots are generally good in small caverns with lava/water.

I stopped using boots in hardmode because I use a meta with goat skull/blessed apple with bundle of balloons with feather fall potions. Or use it with gelatinous pillion although I stopped using it because of a movement speed nerf (but my brother still uses it). And for duke fishron, I used the slimey saddle.
