It's funny because it took me longer to get the amphibian boots than the terraspark ones

The amphibian boots are very good since you can get them pre hard mode, and are also very good in hard mode, but the terraspark are just better overall, since you can get them also in pre hard mode, and give you more advantages

Mmmm I think depends of the situation etc me explain:
-for combat the amphibian boots works better for boss battles due to their decent velocity and improved Impulse for the wings that could implied a wind dash alongside with the auto jump that That takes away an extra thing not to worry about that it's the jumping to focus more in the boss itself BUT for the general exploration kinda suck honestly
-In the other hand the terraspark boots it's a MUST have due to their All-terrain properties, I mean high speed, capability of walking over liquids (shimmer included), Improved mobility In ice and thin ice, rocket propulsion for reaching high places and even the 7 second lava immunity that honestly it's a life saver for unexpected situations specialy in the deepest layers of the word

Terraspark boots give more speed due to the anklet of the wind and aglet. Usually flight isn’t really a problem but horizontal speed can be a game changer

I still prefer terraspark, but if you have amphibian boots before then, then certainly use those if you want, though I would use lightning boots otherwise

I usually go with spectre or lightning boots, they're good enough for most of pre hardmode
