Where can you find the other things like the thing where it says "others", how do you get to "others"?

It says my storage is critically low. I only have like seven apps and 2 videos and it says it's low. There is also a bunch of pictures that my family wants to keep forever but they are ruining my storage. How can I get rid of storage?

I don't have a more selection when I swipe down. I select settings, device options and storage. After entering the password available storage displays for about 5 seconds. Any suggestions?

The most storage that's being taken is the other and I can't delete it how can I do it

I have the regular Kindle Fire and I am literally unable to download anything at all because I have 4/5ths of my storage being taken up by, "Others". I've tried deleting things out of my Cloud and clearing my Cookies and History and nothing's happened. Just to top it all off, I only have 5.5 Gigabytes of Downloadable space. This is ridiculous.
