You should never give antibiotics without confirming that the infection is actually caused by a bacteria. Using antibiotics as a safety measurement is unproportional to the risk of creating multiresistant bacteria in the childs body and with that making the use of antibiotics less effective when an actual bacterial infection is present. The problem of antibiotic resistant bacteria is widely known and the use of antibiotics should be limited to confirmed cases of bacterial infection such as streptococcus or other common bacteria that cause infection.

Hello Sir, my son is 2y-10m. Whenever I apply oil on his head he gets a high fever. Could plz help me in wht can i do?
His past medical history -
1. He is allergic with besan, oil on his body which causes to small water boils
2. Whnever thr z mosquito or insect bite, the part gets swollen n thn turns up to a huge water boil.
3. Skin very sensitive so no massage whn he was a baby

But becomes very sick due to vomiting s bacteria l infection
Pizza eaten, , then eight to 10 vomiting s had, , given ORS water
nasal drops cold had, , till now recovers health feels uneasy. ..
The boy resistance less, , won't eat any fruits. .. only pomegranate s seeds
Eats in curd rice, , guava s sometimes, , no other fruits tastes till now properly
