Grilled Black & Blue Ribeyes 🥩🔥
These were hands down some of the best steaks I've ever had. The flavor combinations are insanely delicious! If you're looking to impress on the grill this summer, give these a go!
FULL RECIPE ⬇️
INGREDIENTS
- 2 ~1.5 inch thick Bone-In Ribeyes
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Hardcore Carnivore Black Seasoning
- Blue Cheese Crumbles
- Balsamic Galze
- Garnish: Chopped parsley
Note(s): Adjust cooking time to your personal preference. You could place the steaks under the broiler for 1-2 minutes if you don't have a torch.
DIRECTIONS
1. Let steaks come to room temp.
2. Pat the steaks dry with paper towels then coat in olive oil and season generously on all sides.
3. Set the grill up for 2 zone cooking. Grill the steaks over the direct heat for 2-3 min per side to build a nice crust then move them to the indirect side. Top with blue cheese crumbles and let finish cooking until they reach desired internal temp. I pulled these off at 125-130 degrees internal for a medium to medium rare finish.
4. Let the steaks rest for 8-10 minutes. Torch or broil the blue cheese. Drizzle on some balsamic glaze, garnish & ENJOY! 🙌🏻
