Cod Fish Tacos - Super Quick & Easy

On a Tuesday, I enjoy myself some Fish Tacos, or any tacos for that matter. Today we decided upon Fish Tacos, and we will also be using Cod as the fish. Cod tastes so good once it's been marinated with some great seasoning and a little bit of oil. Topped off with a homemade cabbage mix and Fish Taco Sauce.

Tip: use a high heat oil like avocado oil, and add any additional olive oil after cooking. It's is healthier to not let the lower smoke point olive oil to lose its beneficial compounds....turning those potentially into harmful compounds.

Where do you get the fresh cod? Super markets pull the frozen stuff out the freezer you can buy, thaw and charge more. I know that for a fact.
I only ask cause i wonder what the tast differance is.
