Tropical storm 'Kristine' to make landfall in Isabela or northern Aurora as early as Wednesday night

Rundown: Tropical storm Kristine is forecast to make landfall over Isabela or northern Aurora Wednesday night (October 23) or Thursday morning (24 October). It will then cross the mountainous terrain of Northern Luzon and emerge over the waters west of Ilocos Region tomorrow afternoon. Kristine is forecast to gradually intensify into a severe tropical storm before making landfall and may exit the Philippine Area of Responsibility on Friday (25 October).
