I agree. Nokian Haak's are superb. I used to buy them when our roads in town were not plowed well, and I drove 40 miles each way to work through bad winter weather.

Bonjour Mon ami - back in early 90s, I once bought Hakkapilitta winters and they were very good indeed. You’re fortunate you can legally run with studded tires, that’s a huge improvement in traction I’m guessing. Always enjoy your excellent, informative and entertaining videos Dave thank you, cheers

Yes my garage also told the same thing Nokian are the best! I got the hakapelitta R5 last years. They are so quiet! As mutch as the summer tire. And they have very good traction on snow and ice!

Hello, my tire-changing best snow tires ever friend. They look great but you shouldn't need them this year with very little snow on the way this winter. I usually like to run old bald tires on my truck in the winter, why you ask? because it really keeps me on my toes when I drive and helps with my driving ability. But don't worry I take old bean can lids and screw them on my tires for unbelievable traction. Most women in your neighborhood love short stubby fingers I heard from the grapevine. It is even better if you are missing some fingers too! (SO SORRY!!) These tires do look great and nice like new rims too because of your great maintenance. Keep warm

Now thats a great looking snow tire. I like studs too. The soft rubber with grib in cold weather.

By the way, yout got those for cheap (946$ is more than fair), but those are 15s or 16s I guess ....I asked KalTire yesterday for the price of my car tire size (235/40/18) and they wanted 1954$ before installation and balancing...That's literally double the price of also used (up to 2019) to pay 1536$ for 235/35/19 Michelin PS4Ss that I had on my 2014 MB C300 and 2013 MK6 Golf TDI Hatch...Bolth cars sold by now...The PS4Ss are now over 2000 before taxes....Go figure!

When we bought our SUV I tried getting the Hakka but they didn’t offer them at the dealer as a set, I got the Continental Viking Contact 7, very satisfied with them 👍🏻.
