Hive Hub and Thermostat Pairing

Made this video after clearing an issue we had with a Hive system that lost communication between devices.

Thanks. You just fixed what a British Gas Engineer and 5 calls to Hive Technical Support couldn't in a 1 minute video. They overlooked the pairing button on the hub.

Great! It really works! I followed the Hive guide online, but it does not work. The Hive guide did not mention to press the pairing button on the hub! you really saved me!

Thank you very much absolute star. Got a new hub today which seemed to all connect but not shown on app. Tried doing a full reconnect now golden. Absolute top marks needs putting on Hives Web page.

I was holding mine for ages and didn't get a flashing orange light. Then I read the hive instructions and it said press for one second, then you get the flashing orange light, which I did and now it's all good

Hiya.
Thx for this video. Any ideea how to fix this: the thermostat shows inside ar 2⁰C, which is totally wrong. Inside are around 20⁰C. Because of this wrong written, the central heating is working non stop.

Nope. Holding the two buttons on the thermostat resulted in 'no signal' Now I don't even have manual control of my boiler.

Done all of this but the same bs where it cant find my hive even tho the ID number is spot on and the internet connection is great
