Plus I'm pretty sure a job can't tell you to quit a job or say you can't have a part time job

Any business that prevents you from having the option of getting a side hustle or 2nd job is a giant red flag. I can understand a do not compete agreement where your not doing the same job at another company or making your own, but to straight up say no you can't have another job at all when you work remote then your a shit company. Its that simple, pay your employee enough and they won't need another job. Make it like you actually care about your employees and you will grow loyalty take care of them and they will take care of you. Use them and they will use you.
