Basic set and go crockpot recipe: 4-5 chicken breast, salt, pepper, ranch seasoning, buffalo sauce and 1 to 2 tbsp of butter substitute or butter (keep it light) on low for 8 hours. Have dinner and store the rest for wraps, salads or whatever else during the week. I prefer chicken like this for meal prep because it doesn’t have that reheated chicken taste.
Macros: 25g of protein for 4oz of shredded chicken breast. For higher protein I do about 6oz for 37.5g.
