Can You DIY a Kneaded Eraser From a Normal Eraser?

How to make a DIY kneaded eraser out of a regular eraser? Let's test it and see if it works and how it compares to a store bought kneaded eraser. A kneaded eraser doesn't produce eraser dust, you can clean it by kneading it in your hands and you can mold it to any shape you need to. But can you make one yourself?

What if you tried glue? A lot of kids are making slime with glue and other ingredients. And the slime does feel a bit like a kneaded eraser, only more wet. Maybe mixing Elmer's glue with baking soda and bits of melted eraser might work

I actually tried the sticky note method.
Yes, it took a while to make the crumbs sticky but it worked and now i have a homemade kneaded eraser

Things i found on youtube to work

If it still crumbles and doesnt stick, Don't throw The crumbles that doesnt stick Leave it on a container so it doesn't flew away
And Rub the another eraser(not the crumbles(
On a Sticky like a sticky note, tape, or any tape but make sure its not too sticky and rub the eraser on the tape don't make it too large, once its done. Mix the eraser that u rubbed on the tape and get ur crumbled eraser that dont stick and mix then until they're soft Now its Done!

You can add one drop of nail polish remover to the crumbs after you erase of the sticky notes

I wonder if the adhesive from a repositionable glue stick could somehow work. That's what I use to make my own sticky notes with. 🤔
