LOL my wife paid for me to have that done. It’s not something I’d elect to do unless absolutely necessary. It doesn’t really hurt, just feels like you have diarrhea cramps. The insertion was more embarrassing than uncomfortable, as my therapist was a female. But she was cool and jokes with you to help put you at ease. It did help with the migraines I have a lot.

If you have IBS you should not be going anywhere near a colonic. You should however get some therapy
