We get caught in a flash flood and Virgil's Rock Crawler Breaks down turning
it into a emergency recovery. We had to pull his rig backwards as water was
Rushing down the trail to get out of the way of another Group of rock crawlers trying to escape the flood. This was outside of flash flood season and was not predicted by local weather. It was extremely scary how fast flash floods can happen.

Once it calmed down and water level dropped, we decided that we were not going to miss out on wheeling on the first day of 2023 so even though we cold and shook from the valent flood that came and went. We headed back up the trail and started the year off right.

We've had quite a wet season this year! Im glad you took the time to explain our washes and the dangers that exist. At least you weren't in a tighter canyon with no where to seek higher ground in the buggy.
