Update (30.08.2022): I wrote this comment back when I was 18 years old. Now I am 22. I eventually fell in love again with a woman that loves me deeply. And she has taught me life. I would not change her for anything, nothing I ever had in the past. I will leave this comment here because I want people to know that I felt like them. But it fades away, and you find a stronger love, which makes you happier, and gives you peace: a true life partner.

loneliness never followed me. it knew where i would be and found me after every good day or passing moment of connection. it waited for me in my bed, or in the shower. after a long day of work when i needed someone there for me it showed up as a reminder. didn't have to follow me everywhere for me to know i am truly gods lonely man. -D.

The way these scenes were repurposed is really moving—it tells a completely different story of Travis. I always thought that the actual film intentionally portrayed NY as dingy, dirty and vice-ridden—which it was. There is a real beauty in the way the film was shot and I did not realize until I saw this video. Bravo.
