I genuinely hope the writers and producers of this show are going to keep the original element of Quantum Leap... They were stories that taught lessons about history. Without that element, the show will not be as good as the original.

I'm currently rewatching Quantum Leap and I believe the show really helped give me a perspective then I wouldn't have had otherwise without the show.
