I work at a Harley dealership and I'm looking for a first bike and was thinking of the MT07 or MT09. But I'm liking the 07 for so many reasons. I'm not so much of a first time rider per se since I ride the Harley's around the dealership alot all day long. But I'm liking the MT07 alot more and more over the 09.

Everyone seems to have way more fun on the 07 over the 09 on average.

Enjoy your bike and also don’t worry you will get better at shifting and braking etc. Don’t be afraid of the front brake remember that’s where almost all the stopping power is. Good luck

I just found out your channel. It’s a beautiful bike, although I like the grey with yellowish accents better. But like you said in the other video, it’s personal preference and this is the color you like. It’s awesome to see your video because it shows that everybody needs to learn first. I thought it wold have a lot of bullshit comments (if you were Brazilian like me, it would probably have. People here thinks everybody should be a awesome rider from the beginning, witch is impossible). I’m new to the two wheels too, and your videos are great. The camera angle is perfect. Congrats on the bike. Here in Brazil it is not an accessible bike, so a lot of us here start from a 150cc or 250cc. But I definitely think the MT-07 will be my next bike.

16:35 is a very common crash scenario. Car pulls out from the side and doesn't see the small fast motorcycle. The poor emergency maneuverability of a motorcycle means crash. Often death.

you are not driving a car man, the shifting is faster on bikes

Remember you should be keeping it under 5000rpm for the first 600 miles.

this guy seems really nervous... not a good bike for a first time rider who is skittish. start on an r3 or cbr 300r

This bike is the easiest one to drive, specially to shift gears! I had mine first time i drove it i went 190km/h. You’ll learn fast on it. If you wanna change the exhaust id say akrapovic carbon is the best one.
