Inside World of Remote Viewing: Joseph McMoneagle, Army's Stargate Project Remote Viewer | EOC Ep.13

Joseph McMoneagle, Remote Viewer 001 in the Army’s Stargate Project, recounts his distinguished military career. Referred to as Anomalous Cognition, Remote Viewing proved to be a viable espionage tactic during the Iranian hostage crisis. “Just about every agency in America that had an intelligence agency wound up giving us targets.”

How is Remote Viewing different from premonition or bilocation?

“Remote Viewing is a specific protocol designed in the early 70’s at Stanford Research Institute International, and is defined as the ability to perceive a person, place, event, or thing that is remote, to which they have access via psychic functioning under strict scientific protocol.”

So what is behind the ability to remote view a target or not? “All research implies it is the [level of] intention for the target.”

Accessed through deep meditative states, fragments of input are analyzed. Too much analysis forces people to make leaps of logic that in all probability are going to be wrong. Too little analysis means the Remote Viewer will not be able to make sense out of the information they’re receiving. High energy targets and breaching the concepts of linear time, Joe has remote viewed past, present, and future events.

Excellent interview. Joe sums it up perfectly. Remote viewing is a skill that EVERYONE can learn and get good at. The ability to remote view is like a muscle that needs training daily in order to gain much from it. I say to every sceptic that instead of looking for outside information on the experience of it, why not test it themselves with a friend or AI. This is something that needs to be recognised and studied by science.

Joe is quite exceptional in terms of his understanding and ability to coherently express it.

I always enjoy listening to Joe talk about his experiences! Absolutely fascinating & gives me promising hope that people will start listening to their own intuition more & eventually become open minded to his work.

Great great stuff!! I heard a “healer“ say that to do his healings, first, he clears his mind of all thought, and then he kind of goes inside the person’s body, with his mind, to the site of the problem and sends his own energy in there. Sounds very similar to what Joseph said that his remote viewing process is. But, now it dawned on me that since the “healer” is kind of remote viewing himself into the patient’s body, it almost seems like he’s possibly doing a type of remote viewing! It would be interesting to know if Mr. McMoneagle would consider this type of healing as a reasonably normal aspect of remote viewing! Has he tested to see if remote viewers can heal people? TY for this fascinating interview.

The Best talk I've heard Mr McMoneagle give! & you screwed it up at The BEST POINT>55:20(±)< w/a fkg Commercial‽ As he's talking about God? That's just uncomfortably not right. It's NOT the Super Bowl! (hey, you want to have the best time for their attention to be captive or most awake for -_?_ {as you} can sell it?)‽

11:30 I've also experienced this effect, where your perception is seemingly "desync'd" from the sensory body-map and perhaps waiting for proprioceptive feedback from motor output, allowing it to run at higher speed. First in the context of "Alice in Wonderland Syndrome" as a child. Second from the few times I smoked weed (this lasted several days). And third just sporadically afterwards, generally at night. I've found acting upon the cholinergic systems (eg AChE inhibition) and the cannabinoid systems (kava, marijuana) will assemble aspects of the "gateway" space to these other states, but not the entirety of it. I played paintball and it was practically like the Matrix, I could see the paintballs slowly going by. I'd jump and hang in the air for a long time.

Not being able to see the feet is interesting. In some of the less pleasant forms of this, I was unable to feel or really comprehend the existence of my legs. I could sprint much longer and faster, jump from greater heights and barely feel the landing, etc.

In my case some of it was due to prolonged extreme physical pain. Some built on prior experiences. Likely combined with torsion or impingement of the brainstem, due to jaw and upper cervical issues, scoliosis, etc. Never fully left the physical body, some aspect of the core was decoupled and sort of floated outside the body, watching from above. This created a sort of dual consciousness, and I learned to move the "I" between these layers. I viewed the body and mind as puppets, they can do simpler tasks on their own, but they don't scale well without direction.

Why did I see an astral vision of vehicles carrying rockets 🚀, outside the mountain entrance to the cheyenne base, I was unaware that this place existed before doing some research, I also remember seeing the car park

It's of limited use if you can't know anything about the target. It may insure no outside influences when testing the validity of someone's information, but there are many circumstances where you will know soon enough if you were right anyway. Like within hours.

Thank you both very much. It's always good listening to Joe.
