Watch the film, write your thoughts down, doesn''t have to be 3 pages long. I've been doing it 10 years and have over 350 reviews on my website. You don't have to be pretentious with your writing, just what you enjoyed about the film or disliked about the film. It's simple. Don't watch a movie for the sole purpose of reviewing it as it will take away the enjoyment of watching it. Over analyzing a movie is tedious and not a good way to write.

I do agree with much of this but i personally don't like discussing the plot that much. I prefer to structure my reviews in 3 ways: how the film works narratively, aesthetically and culturally. I find it makes the review more concise and gets the points quicker

mutant mayhem was a delight to all who watched it with the director being jeff rowe, a favorited script writer of the Mitchells vrs the machines, gravity falls, one crazy summer and the last alleycat makes him the perfect option for director.with the cast actually being teens makes it fit way more, with nicolas cantu being the leader, leonardo. micah abbey voicing donnie the brains of the group. brandy noon voicing the redhead, raph and shaman brown Jr voicing the comedian of the four, mikey. with this cast they perfectly established the main four, adding in stuff that teens would actually do and say, such as "rizz" "pick up line" and they are sarcastic.the movie started with a backstory for superfly, with his brothers and baxter stockman. with the tcri guards invading. it was a nice add because rise had draxum, then it was leo reciting the food items with the brothers each expressing their opinions of humans. cut to the movie, then when they come home and Leo snitches on them- this is very unlike rise because as Leo states "snitches get stiches" in the piebald episode. they get grounded and soon after they let get out again, they struck april, a african, leo fastly falls in love and helps get her bike back before her realizing that they are turtles, she then goes to get some pizza and they explain their existence while April explains that she is a journalist. they become friends and they help stop superfly not actually knowing who he is, when its the day they have a huge ego before seeing them, they meet him and hid gang, there is super fly, a fly. mendo gecko a gecko. ray fillet a sting ray. bebop a warthog. rocksteady a rhino. wingnut a bat. leather head a crocodile. genghis frog, a frog. scumbug, a cockroach. they then introduce each other and invite the turtles to an arcade where they have fun and discuss what they are making, superfly explains it as a weapon to change humans before the turtles back off in fear not knowing what to do. as mendo, wingnut and rocksteady ride the car, mikey uses donnies bo staff to press the breaks on the car making mendo, wingnut and rocksteady fly out as the turtles take control over the car. the other mutants proceed to try and stop the turtles as superfly comes in and drops the car on the motorway leaving them with the TCRI, the TCRI milks them for there blood before splinter comes in and saves his sons, they escape and splinter reveals it was April who told him. splinter then states "There's only one way for you to be safe and happy, and that's listen to me. Let's go." (remember for later), they leave and the turtles find the other mutants while April steals a TCRI bike, they argue before the other mutants agree that they dont want to kill all of the humans, but superfly doesnt back down, he trys to boot the machine, superfly states "What's going on? Why y'all doing this? There's only one way for you to feel safe and happy and that's if you listen to me!"(what splinter said), splinter realizes and goes against superfly, superfly fails and does a falls.with superfly being under water it combined him and most other sea animals. superfly states "Is that a whale tail? Aw! I got a claw.I got a whale body, a giraffe forehead. Look at my feet! They're made of horses!" describing what he looks like, the turtles are shocked and scared before April pulls up with a TCRI gun from the bike, the TCRI gun has anti-mutagen in it so they can turn superfly back into an ordinary fly, the turtles and other mutants are quickly seen as the "mutant mayhem", they are devastated and they realize they did it for the wrong reason, in a few minutes april realizes and goes onto the news stating they are the good guys. the other humans realize and help them along the way as they demutanize super fly and rescue NY, they are next seen in eastern high with them getting on with humans, in the post credits you see shredder ready.
the movie doesnt have much of the drama that the other movies have.

as long as it doesn't involve butt kissing n there's no real difference between reviews except the professional review the reviewers getting paid, i do however like ur video bc its detailed n tells u how to review it to the public in a correct way but not spoiling it before someone watches it, thank u!!
