I just want to know why it keeps happening because it wants to ask the same question every time I start my truck now and it's really annoying that I have to continue to hit confirm or ask me later and randomly this goes black and or legs really bad or just doesn't work at all and I've been dealing with this for so many months now and decided to look on YouTube and thank you so much because I got my screen to come back on

So I have a 2018 mustang and the screen is black which means nothing works. I can’t even use the usb to charge my phone. Do you know what I can do to get it working
