After being caught in a terrible accident Testuo is captured by the government, but as it turns out he has weird abilities that allows him to control everything around him. He has psychic abilities. He tries to hold his power but he can’t hold it in anymore. Kaneda is faced with a horrible situation, he has to save his friend before its too late.
