In fact, most of the Pokémon mentioned also distort time :

-Dynamax energy and especially the Ethernatos core distort the surrounding space AND TIME.

-Ultra-Whormholes are also stable distortions of space AND TIME that are controlled by Necrozma or Cosmog's line.

-A black hole (so what Gardevoir creates), doesn't just distort space, it also distorts time.

The ones I haven't mentioned only focus on the notion of space. We could have mentioned Giratina who is the chaos of space and time, or Hoopa who opens space portals, or even Bronzong who opens portals to other dimensions.

The thing about this is interesting.
Every one of those Pokemon has been limited to specific times, places, or amounts of space distortion, while Palkia's space distortion ability is limitless.
Palkia should stop being so down in the dumps and be happy he does something the best.
