I love how Deoxys doesn’t even initiate the fight. He just stands (Or I suppose floats?) still with his head turned downwards and Rayquaza’s just like *So anyway I started blasting*

These two Pokémon are so badass. Deoxys’ dramatic intro is just so well fitting and rayquaza’s hyper beams and green trail thingy are too iconic.

This is the utmost coolest fucking Pokémon scene I have ever seen! I first found this months ago and occasionally come back to watch it and I’ve never seen something so epic; they really capture the essence and nature of the alien Deoxys so well in this episode. It’s so powerful, smart, and intelligent. It hasn’t been my #1 favorite Pokémon since it’s debut for no reason!

I’ll never get tired of the score for this scene. This remaster of Deoxys’s battle theme is by far the best and most theatrical. That initial violin followed immediately with the futuristic sounds in the buildup is amazing. Wish I could have a clean copy of it for myself tho.

I think that ingame Pokemon REALLY deserves its own anime, just like Pokemon Adventures/Pokespe. There's so many stories like this on ingame Pokemon universe that would be so incredible to see a whole anime for it.

Ash is good, but you can't deny that Red, Leaf, Ethan, Kris, Lyra, Brendan, May, Lucas, Dawn, Hilbert, Hilda, Nate, Rosa, Calem, Serena, Elio, Selene, even Victor and Gloria are superior.

I always thought that Pokemon protags deserves their own anime, like Pokespe.
