Making Origin Palkia 2 legs with arms is pretty much just regular Palkia but with few small differences. At that point it's not even fixing it, it's just making Palkia with Palkia.

Biblically accurate Dialga and Palkia were always meant to be unsettling, cursed and to an extent, ugly. That made me appreciate the design a bit more.

I’ve read that the designs were supposed to be ironic in a way, like a punishment for hubris. They tried to become more like Arceus, their father and deity, and in turn, they lost what made them powerful (Palkia lost the arms with which it performs Spacial Rend and Dialga’s throat was affected, thereby affecting Roar of Time).

I feel like Palkia would look even cooler with energy arms and Dialga would look cooler with an energy tail, kind of like how Giratina's wings become more like energy in its origin form.

I always thought the lack of arms was to give it a more uncanny appearance and to match Arceus' silhouette more, but the comparison to armless Greek statues made me appreciate the design even more.
