Can you make certain patterns to play with the overbridge DAW plugin, or is it just for controlling the sounds? And can you control any of the sequencer with the overbridge plugin too?

tengo un problema con overbridge, y es que si salvo el proyecto en ableton, cuando lo vuelvo a abrir se borran los kits que guarde nuevos usando el sinte, y a veces no recupero el kit cuando abro ableton, me puedes ayudar para saber como debo salvar los proyectos usando overbridge! muchas gracias

I can get this to work however the sound from each track can be heard in all of the tracks? Any ideas why this is the case?

I set this up the way you showed, but I can not record midi notes into the ableton's midi track while recording.
Have you ever come across with similar problem?

Hello! Thank you for the video, very helpful. i know thay it was a long ago, but may be you know, is it possible to use overbridge only for controling parametrs with vst in ableton live, and analog 4 will be connected with its 4 jack outputs?

thanks for the video but just a question before trying the overbridge experience + digikart i’d like to know if it’s possible to keep my sound card as main sound card in ableton.?
in all videos i see talking about the topic people are using elektron overbridge as sound card in ableton pref… so what’s going on with the main sound card?
cause if i select the elektron sound card ableton won't propose an other instance isn't it?
i’m on win 10.

what I don't get about OverBridge is that you're instantly sacrificing the Elektron sequencer right? P Locks in particular, I just don't see the advantage, you're effectively turning a powerful piece of kit into a soft synth or am I missing something?


For my use I can only see OverBridge being needed is to send the Analog Four's tracks to be recorded for adding to my final track in Ableton.

Interesting video. Are you not experiencing any latency using the Analog 4 as effectively a multi timbral external instrument sequenced from Live? Mine is fine if I using the A4 sequencer synced to Live, but when I try and sequence it with the Live sequencer it's all over the place, much worse than all my other hardware.

Hola Jacques te queria felicitar por tus tutoriales son muy buenos , estoy pensando en comprar un Analog Four creo que es una maquina fabulosa, pero tengo una duda se puede usar como tarjeta de sonido para el Ableton live o cualquier otro programa de produccion musical y si puedo usar sus entradas analogicas para conectar un microkorg y una korg esx1 porque la mia korg zero8 que uso como targeta audio esta muriendo y asi mato dos pajaros con un solo tiro ! gracias

I turn on my keyboard with overbridge and I output my signal with the individual output on my sound card like you, the problem is that the signal is really very very low, I push all my gain up (sound card, live etc ..), nothing to do !!!

I searched how can i resolve it in all the menus of the analog keys, sound card, ableton and I can not manage!
Do you have any idea how I can solve my problem ??

Hey!
So if pad2 is using 3 voices and pad1, 2 voices, then, they input in channel 4, 3, 2 & 1 in ableton?
All mixed?
Then, how do you organise your mix?
Or you only have 4 voices for the 4 instruments?
Even, they end up weirdly routed in Ableton, right?
