Customer Experience Council - The Conference Board

The Council's mission is to gain insights in Customer Experience across different industries & regions by providing a global peer-to-peer benchmarking and best-practice sharing program.

Members will be senior executives responsible for deploying Customer/User Experience Strategy within their organizations.

Demet Tunc will be leading the group as the Council Director.
