This would honestly be an awkward situation as a man. I would want to help the kid, but if I don't have a water bottle on me, taking her anywhere could look suspicious. Even though I would have the most pure intentions, it's easy to see where this could go wrong.

I’m so glad that people are willing to help ❤ Once when I was 7 I was lost on the beach, it started raining, and then these college aged kids came over and helped me find my family. I don’t know what would have happened if they didn’t.

Taking a girl by the hand and walking away with her could be construed as kidnapping, especially if the parents are around. I would call the Police and let them handle the matter.

Some of the people that go to take her for ice cream, while that's nice, I wouldn't do that because I wouldn't want it to appear that I'm taking the child - particularly if the parents are right around there. First thing I would do is call the police to make them aware of the situation. If the police give permission, then I will go get her some ice cream.

Bless the children who have to suffer like this bless her heart! As an adult who was in this type of neglect and abuse as a child I had relate to this. So I would definitely help somebody in need. 🙏🏻❤️
