how is it that nobody called or attempted to call social services or 911, such a young girl should never be left alone on the streets and neither on a homeless shelter, she definately needs an adoptive family.

I was homeless on the streets at age 12. No one helped me. A boy or a man do or die it is solely up to him he is on his own.

they care because of a small child. If it's an unemployed adult, of course their concerns are different. lots of social experiment content, unemployed adults ask for help, but the concern of Americans and Europeans is very small, approximately out of 10 people, only 1 cares.
