Should add a few splashes of Worcestershire sauce to the onion and bell pepper as they are cooking down. I always add it to my seasoning as they are cooking down. Dats Cajun!

I just had a thought to use sloppy Joe’s with chicken and I looked it up on YouTube and your video was the first one to pop up.
