I think they need to change the echo system a bit. As it is, the layers of randomness for substats are insane and the farming experience is pretty bad.
The most important fix would be to be refunded the items used to unlock substats when you fodder echoes, apart from that, maybe adding an item to reroll substats or something like that.

I have heard that the current CBT is using an old build from like September when CN had their NDA test. This means that in 2 month, it wouldn't be just "two month" worth of development from CBT2, but rather, 7-8 months already. And we know that according to their dev talk, they took 9 months to completely change the game from CBT1 to CBT2, so I can only say that release WW is going to be the most jawbreaking shit ever

To be fair, I've been getting PGR ads on Mobile YouTube very frequently. Interesting how that happens after "the greatest gacha game nobody knows about" gets said a few times, and WuWa gets pretty big coverage. I had one for this video actually.

Targeting streamers and content creators for advertisement is the last thing they need right now because they'll be preaching to the choir and that's also not where the bulk of the missing, potential players are. Remember the Genshin boycott? Remember how majority of the EN content creators was banging their drums so hard and singing their own praises with their own fanbases dancing along in a euphoric manner? Remember how that ended up?

They need to go further a field with their marketing, majority of mobile gamers don't really care about twitch and from the looks of things not many care about Youtube content creators. They need to go through other social media outlets and perhaps even do IRL adverts in shops, front page Play store and Apple store placements will probably do a better job than sponsored streams.

In my personal opinion, I really hope Wuthering waves will become successful, because only then will hoyo realize that they are not the hegemon of this game genre, they have sit on success for so long, there must be times when they have to admit failure to realize their mistakes

The localization problem is nothing, some people talk like all the assets the CBT2 is missing or have wrongly translated are not done at all and they have to do it from scratch, that's not the case, most of the assets that are missing are pretty much completed or just about to be completed, I don't really have any worries about it.

As for the echo system, well, I can agree to some complains but I also kinda feel that people just don't want to deal with RNG and stats/sub-stats rolls, it's something that have always been a topic of complain in the gacha genre but has stayed the same all these years, to jeopardize WW for it now like almost every gacha doesn't have RNG is not fair.

Like, I have actually seen people say they want to chose the main and sub stats on they're echos and some even want to decide which sub stat gets upgraded when they lvl up the echo... Really?... Every gacha with weapons and artifacts have this lvl of RNG and thrive in it, just my opinion though.

Also, there are some that complain about the drop rate of higher rarity echos, well, the game literally tells you that this chance increases with the union lvl, to the point that you almost always get only 5* echo drops.

I agree with everything stioorg and teccy said for marketing 100% they need to go all out on this.

And the date of release should be June or July these are the best months, since these months avoid HSR 1st anniversary and Genshin 4th anniversary by 2-3 months and more importantly gives them 3-4 more months to further improve upon cbt2

You also have to remember this version of the beta is behind the CN version. We are playing/seeing the version CN had in December, the CN community is playing an updated version so all of the issues that you are seeing are already either being fixed or worked on. ✌

My only concern is the drop rng of echo. I hope at the end game the shiney echo's we collect are always 5star and will have the option to select the desired states both maine and sub state. That will make me happy with the wcho system. But if it stays like CBT2 end game echo rng then they should say by to the casual players. And i will say that they should not leave the casual players out because the numbers are big. As a casual players who play's only for 1-2 hours a day, i am suggesting this.( Sorry for the bad English because it is not my mother tounge).
