College coaches salaries should be on a par with the head of a department at the University. So about 150 - 200K per year. They always like to tell us they are teachers - so make do on that salary. And remember - they can't go work elsewhere for the most part - the NFL doesn't have 500 teams with jobs waiting.

Nobody is worth a $100 million a year or probably even $50 million. You look at what Michael Jordan did for the league and he should have gotten more money most of his career yes. But individuals should be charged much less to view sports etc and not get raped. Then we would have a much smaller money pool. Just as Billionaires shouldn’t be paying 1% or virtually no income taxes. Too many mega consortiums and near monopolies. Nobody needs to be a Billionaire or $100s of millions. Let’s get our roads and infrastructure fixed and mother’s child care and everyone affordable health care that doesn’t bankrupt millions. Capitalism like everything in life needs some rules to be fair to everyone. Funny how the rich fool the poor with the word communism thrown around. Fools.
