I completely agree with Roman with chevy not building a raptor fighter. It's the dumbest shit ever

Roman - you were not fair to Andre in this video - this is the first video of yours that I decided not to finish.

The 1 comment I wish you would make, when it comes to off road vehicles, is if a so called off road vehicle has a front spoiler then it is not a real off road vehicle. Spoilers belong on cars or SUVs they don't belong on any 4 wheel drive vehicle.

My take on Roman’s rant.... it isn’t about what you want to hear about. Some of your listeners/subscribers want to hear about the Silverado from Steve and Andre. The last time I checked the ZR-2 shocks were developed in off-road racing and also from the Camaro.

Andre: “trucks are hardly empty” what.. they’re are empty like 99% of the time. 500k F150s a year, most of those people will never tow, the ones that tow probably once a month or less.. then you have the 1% who tow all the time.

I have been a Outdoors man for 40 plus years and would not own a truck without a limited slip rear dif. Small tires Small gas tank there trying to keep mpg up. What I want in a 1/2 ton truck is a locking front diff without the price of a Raptor.

Many good points raised but why does this not get hit harder during normal shows for the last few years? My F150 could only be purchased with a 23 gallon tank, but is this year's highest towing rating and best payload in class. Yet, less capable f150s can be upgraded to 36gallon tank. ford marketing just forked over HDPP buyers to get an aftermarket used 36 gallon gallon tank and scrounge up a skid plate as well. My towing range will be less than an f150 lightning standard range, so about every 150-175miles per fill-up. Only way this will change is by being vocal to manufacturers. If i did not have to buy a new work truck this year, I'd pass and be very vocal why. I hope TFK and truck king get more vocal on short comings like tank side.

Because Chevy is competing with Japan to sell another crssover, not a big Raptor.

There was a pretty darn good off road truck from the early eighties. That was the ford ranger 4x4 pickup. You had a light truck with decent ground clearance, fords twin traction beam front end with good travel and articulation, tight turning radius, good axle gearing and it was available with both front and rear limited slip differentials. And it was not expensive.

Just because the Powerwagon is called a heavy duty truck it’s not a heavy duty truck it has the eight lug axles yes but it does not have the payload of a heavy duty truck so basically it’s a light duty or heavy half truck with three-quarter ton axles and a big V-8 engine so it’s really not a heavy duty truck

First of all I love you guys. I watch your channel because it does help me better understand the trucks and their capabilities before I buy. Now with all that said it's time for your show to start setting up these trucks with the same off road tires with like speaks so we can see who is best on road, mud, sand, rocks, gas mileage, tow and snow. I believe the only changes you would need to make are tires, close gearing and ride height. If you put ten to fifteen videos together showing these trucks in sand, mud, road, towing, rocks, milage and snow views like myself will be glued to your videos and most likely they will become most viewed... Thanks for reading and good luck guys... The Banks Family..

Isn't LR Defender the worst ever, all things considered? They're not cheap, the company has been around long enough, my in laws travelled all over east africa in a Land Rover it was like a Sherman tank.
