Rhino to revit workflow - 2D survey Pointcloud to 3D topography

A custom tool created in Rhino6 gives 2D points, a Z value elevating them according to the text next to them issued by the surveyor. following a custom tool created in Revit read this data and gives from to a topography in the current project.
