I purchased the 2023 Toyota Tundra Hybrid TRD Pro. I received the recall notice from Toyota about the tire's excess wear on the outside edge, I took it to Winter Park Toyota, and the service advisory stated that all four tires needed to be replaced since they were already rotated but they would have to send the information to Toyota warranty for the final approval.
I was shocked when they advised me that Toyota would only replace three of the four tires.
even after the service advisor stated that all four tires needed to be replaced.
I contacted the Toyota advocate and explained the situation they advised me that someone would contact me within 24 hours, after waiting a week I called back and explained the situation again that Winter Park Toyota advised me that all four tires needed to be replaced, I then took it to Toyota of Seminole County and the service advisory also stated that all four tires needed to be replaced but they had to wait for approval from Toyota.
The advocate said they would need to submit another claim to a different department and here I'm still waiting with no response from Toyota to resolve this issue.

Notice once it hit the dirt it is sitting still? Thats because this "offroad...lol" look with the tires sticking out will shower the side of the truck with rocks so it is now relegated to street duty only.
