No help at Texas Food stamp office!!!!

We deaf, we also told them we deaf, even I have to sign for Ms Rosales the guard been rude, she call relay they say come to office and hang up, we go office again, told them we deaf again, they just talk to us like we can hear, until last minute they write on paper! Happen at Tarrant county food stamp office, in Fort Worth, TX
