This is probably the biggest mistake I see with someone trying to lose weight. At Hurry The Food Up, we promote a vegetarian diet including healthy carbs. 🥦🥕 I get it though, that isn't for everyone. Some people might want to eat meat, 🍗 some might want to do intermittent fasting ⏰, and others might want to follow a keto diet. Any of these might work for weight loss, but the question is whether they are sustainable for long-term consistency. 🤔 If not? They're basically pointless and will lead to yo-yo dieting. By nature, if you end up yo-yo dieting, then that diet is probably too strict or severe for you. 💪😓
