I definitely have. Got stuck for a minute (or months) in space place where everyone seemed fixed in their shadow selves SO IT SEEMED. It can fluctuate. One day normal, the next hell ridden (externally) To this day I account my own “shadow work” (Jungian) ego deaths/ personal “spiritual” initiation/journey being a major part or role in the not so sunny experiences, situations, encounters I’ve had (back to back, it’s like spiritual warfare) with my loved ones and their seemingly dark doppelgänger alter egos. Imagine it like a hallway of mirrors (as we all mirror each other, essentially, in light and shadow). I believe these to be experiences for us to break out of old dated aspects of ourselves that we’ve held on to / drop old conditioned roles and rise above. It isn’t easy, many get stuck or trapped- I’ve learned the hard way any form of (often unconscious) victim mentality creates further victimization. There are many psychological aspects to this yes BUT to be honest if anyone were to get real nitty gritty into the raw truths of these experiences any western med therapist they might consider throwing ya in a straight jacket. Shamanic healing /work is the ultimate get around, and yes it is absolutely possible to find that wounded warrior healer within and be your own savior, anyone here having a rough time YOU GOT THIS. “Fake it til you make it” is TRUTH. 🎶 every little thing, is gonna be alright music 🎶
