Its very good reviev, but I have two problems:
-dont run scan save/memory channel,
-when i write name channel (8 pts in menu, 9 pts ON) only save first number or character, what button passe to second sign?

Hi great video, I know this is a old post but has anyone been able to get the programming software for this Radio. I bought a new tyt uv3r and I need to change the frequency Range to 480.000 to be able to use the UHF channels here in Australia, I have heard with the original tyt software the radio will go to 520.000mhz. Chirp will not give me that option. I don't have a setting bar under memories in Chirp, any help would be appreciated...

FROM 400 TO 480 ? ON UHF JUST LOOKED ON EBAY AND THAT MODEL ONLY GOES TO 470, MHz, CAN YOU EXPAND IT WHEN PROGRAMMING ?

The original antenna is very short though. Mine is.

Nice looking radio, but I think holding the squelch to change the volume is a poor design.
