Very good Rhinoplasty !!!! Mine was a "closed" procedure as well.. When I had my work done most Dr's used the closed technique and I am amazed how many Dr.s now use the "open" technique - It leaves unnecessary scars and seems like a "less than professional" method. Why do all Dr's use silicone chin and cheek implants ?? Mine are made from bone and have fused to my bone...
