While other investors hold the principle balance and get paid dividends, he also collects dividends without needing to hold the principle. Then he sells books on how to get rich.

Whether anyone else on here believes it or not, whether anyone else is invested in cryptocurrency (Shiba, Ethereum, Etc) or not, WHEN it takes off and I become wealthy rich I will absolutely take some of that money and invest further into real estate property. He grabs the banks money, asks all the REAL rich people to invest. He then repays the bank with investors money and then the rest is just divided between them. He’s actually a fucking genius if you ask me. He’s making free money alright but the legal and smartest way a man can make money. You just need to be a good talker and one hell of a convincing person to get where he is

Either banks don’t want to loan him anything or it’s at too high a price. No reason for him to share his piece of the pie if he didn’t have to. It’s also risky AF! This guy is one bad sound bite away from pissing it all away faster than the Tulip bubble.

Guys before you just get fat ass loans from the bank you have to be trusted first. And how to be trusted is you already have to have at least 500k to 1 mill in the bank and none of these big head entrepreneurs explain this key important part.
